Please don't take your health for granted.
Today I'm going to share five things you can do to lose weight and get healthy.
You may not want to hear this but your health is more important than your family or your job.
There is no point in being fantastic at your job and running around after your family if you lose your health
When you look after your physical health you will have more energy to help others and to do your job and you will also find that your mental health improves too.
So here are five things you can do today that will make a difference to your weight health and longevity
Pick one and work on it for the next 30 days and I guarantee that if you are consistent you will see results
- Plan your food ahead and eat a whole food diet that is based around plant foods. Stop eating at 7pm.
- Drink water. Buy a water bottle that you love take it everywhere with you or have several dotted around the house and office. Being hydrated will lift your energy level and stop you craving sweet and salty snacks.
- Reduce alcohol. If you drink aim for at least four alcohol-free nights a week.
- Prioritize sleep get to bed earlier and get up earlier. Get the morning light on your retina to help to set your circadian rhythm. Avoid screens two hours before bedtime.
- Move Your Body just 30 minutes a day will make so much difference to your physical and mental
Now it's all very well knowing this stuff but you have to implement it. So pick one and track it for 30 days.
