Here's how the program works:
We work together to sort out a food plan for you and we tweak it as necessary to keep getting you
getting results.
We have a weekly accountability check-in and group coaching session.
Using this plan here’s what to expect:
In the first 2 weeks, food cravings and urges disappear
Week 3 notice more energy and less bloating
Most clients lose a consistent 500-800g a week
Depending on your start point, expect to lose up to 10 kg or more in the first 12 weeks.
Many happy clients decide at this point to continue their journey with us towards long-term

We work long-term together to build a strong, lean, healthy body.
You are not obligated to stay in the program beyond the first 12 weeks but it is an option if you
wish.
In the first 12 weeks, I take you step by step through what to eat and when.
We also plan strategies for exercise, levelling hormones, optimising sleep, and managing stress.
I teach you how to manage your mind around food cravings and urges.
This is not a diet plan but a nutrition coaching program for women who want to lose weight, get their nutrition sorted, and get their health back on track.
