#62 Keto Diet
I get tonnes of questions on the Keto Diet. It's the new sexy, low carb diet option that had a lot of publicity in the last few years. A bit of the new age Atkins.
A keto diet (or ketogenic diet) helps achieve ketosis, a metabolic state where your body is burning fat or ketones rather than glucose.
Watch the video for more info on some of the positive principals that a Keto Diet promotes but also why I don't like to recommend a strict keto plan as an option to Outlookers especially when it discourages you from including some amazing foods and vegetables to fuel your body and mind.
We've just booked in an 8-Week Shred that starts on the 26th of October 2020. A few Outlookers that couldn't join me on the 12-Week Shred have asked for another one, especially in the lead up to Summer. It's always a bunch of fun with some amazing results achieved.
