#153 Kicking off 2023
My goal for 2023 is to help as many women as I can to get lean and healthy and to feel amazing in and about their bodies.
My focus is on using nutrition for health and longevity.
Most of my clients come to me for weight loss. By taking my approach of using food for nourishment and fuel most lose 6-10kg over 12 weeks and are able to manage their weight permanently.
We work on eating in a way that works with our hormones and female biology.
We learn how to manage our minds around cravings, urges and distorted eating patterns.
I advocate quality lean protein at every meal. Low glycemic carbohydrates from whole foods and fats from nuts and seeds, olives and avocados.
Hydration, sleep, stress management and exercise are also essential parts of the journey to great health.
