#60 Make the Most of 2020
Don't give up on 2020. It's your time and yours to use to be happier and healthier.
Make a pact with yourself to clean up your act and set some good habits in place for the rest of the year!
It can be as simple as finding what works for you in terms of eating and exercise but it's a conscious and planned decision and something you stick to.
Tips from this weeks video include:
- Be prepared and willing to get outside your comfort zone. It takes courage and awareness. Be courageous.
- Plan your food 24 hours in advance. See the planning as a positive, you're taking care of yourself and spending time to plan and prep the fuel you're giving both your mind and body.
- Eat when you are physically hungry not to put off doing something or dull your emotions, this is sometimes easier said than done but once you realize what you are doing and why, you can effectively change your thoughts and take control of the situation.
